1. Description of Service

TFind is a Bluetooth-based tool for Android. It scans for nearby Apple AirTag, Samsung SmartTag and SmartTag+, and Tile trackers, and it lets you:

• See detected trackers and an estimate of how far away they are
• Receive alerts when an unknown tracker appears to be travelling with you
• Play a sound on a nearby AirTag that is separated from its owner
• Mark your own trackers as “My Tags”
• Access additional features with TFind Pro

The App does not provide GPS tracking or real-time location tracking of trackers or people.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. No Affiliation and Trademark Disclaimer

TFind is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple, Samsung or Tile.

“AirTag,” “SmartTag,” “Tile” and related names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive and compatibility purposes. We do not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks.

4. Safety Disclaimer

The App can help you notice some trackers. It cannot confirm that you are not being tracked. In particular:

• The App detects only Apple AirTag, Samsung SmartTag and SmartTag+, and Tile. It does not detect other trackers, such as Chipolo, Pebblebee, Google Find Hub network tags, generic Bluetooth tags, or GPS and cellular trackers.
• An AirTag that is near its owner’s iPhone broadcasts very little and may not be detected.
• A tracker that is switched off, out of range or not broadcasting cannot be detected.
• The App cannot identify the owner of a tracker.

If you believe you are in danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services. Do not rely on the App as your only means of protection.

5. Limitations of Functionality

You acknowledge that:

• The App detects trackers using Bluetooth signal strength only
• Signal strength does not represent exact distance or precise location
• Bluetooth range is limited, and walls, physical obstacles, interference and the environment may affect results
• Background detection works only while you keep the App’s scanning notification running
• The App cannot guarantee that a tracker will be found

Results are estimates and are provided for informational purposes only.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that you:

• Will use the App only for lawful purposes
• Will not use the App to track, monitor, stalk or harass any person
• Will comply with all applicable laws and privacy regulations
• Will not attempt to circumvent or interfere with the App’s functionality

You are solely responsible for your use of the App.

7. Permissions

The App requires access to Bluetooth and location services to scan, and may request notification access for alerts. You acknowledge that:

• Location permission is required by Android for Bluetooth scanning
• Scan results are processed on your device
• The App does not use location data to track you

8. TFind Pro, Subscriptions and Payments

TFind Pro unlocks additional features. It may be offered as an auto-renewing subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase.

• Payments are processed by Google Play
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them in Google Play before the end of the current period
• Prices are shown in the App and in Google Play before you buy
• Refunds are subject to Google Play’s policies

We do not collect or store your payment information.

9. Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by third-party services, including Google AdMob and AppLovin. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third-party advertisements.

10. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics and Remote Config)
• Google AdMob
• AppLovin
• Facebook SDK
• Google Play Billing
• RevenueCat

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party data practices
• Service availability or performance
• Any damages arising from third-party services

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of tracker detection or distance estimates
• That every tracker near you will be detected
• Continuous or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices

Use of the App is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamTeam Mobile LLC shall not be liable for:

• Failure to detect a tracker or to locate a device
• Loss or theft of devices or belongings
• Inaccurate signal readings or distance estimates
• Decisions made based on information provided by the App
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Claims related to misuse of the App

Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DreamTeam Mobile LLC from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, design and software within the App (excluding third-party trademarks) are owned by DreamTeam Mobile LLC and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer the App except as permitted by law.

15. Termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the App at any time, and may restrict access if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
